XPONENTIAL FITNESS convention 2023
Early December 2023, the SDM Team joined Toast as they successfully produced the Xponential Annual Convention. We were blessed to work with Toast again, adding a few more responsibilities to our traditional mix.
Strategy Driven Marketing continued our regular digital efforts, creating and maintaining 10 convention brand websites and the digital presentation site. We assisted with all print and digital event signage, apparel, and various sponsor graphic needs.
This year, we added registration and the event app to our set of responsibilities. Pre-planning and work start not long after the previous convention wraps and culminate in our week on site. Leading up to the event we ensured that everyone was successfully registered and had the travel and other convention information they needed. We also worked with the Brands and Toast Brand Producers to accurately organize and present all Convention schedules, travel, sponsor, entertainment, and location information across the app, websites, and signage. Additional work in the app included push notifications, map creation and connection, sponsor information and advertising placements, and more.
