Amanda crafts magical environments for fairy folk. She pours her heart and soul into her creations with amazing love and detail included in every piece. MandyMo Designs offers events (farmers markets and fairs), fairy garden parties, custom gardens, and pre-made fairy garden/accessory sales.
How best to design a website fit for fairy gardens? The Squarespace Fairfield template, of course. The fresh and modern look of the Fairfield let us create a site that offers advanced commerce features such as quick view, product zoom, and hover effects. There is also a shopping cart available in the navigation bar.
The web designers at SDM were able to utilize the numerous styling and customization options to build out Amanda’s product categories and individual product population. We helped Amanda with image optimization to dial in her visuals, and content generation and user-experience best practices were employed to work magic with SEO (search engine optimization).
Her site is an e-commerce site where customers can check out custom fairy gardens, accessories, or pay to participate in one of her magical fairy garden parties. We helped connect the proper payment systems and tie them to her accounts so she can receive payment. We populated custom forms for her customers to receive and set up the appropriate check out settings.
Her site also includes custom forms and galleries to help highlight key areas of her business. Like all SDM sites, Amanda’s Squarespace website allows her to make edits to her site on her own, saving her maintenance dollars and allowing her to make quick edits on the fly. The SDM team trained Amanda on basic Squarespace content editing, image uploads, adding events, and adding or removing products.
We helped Amanda with some updating to her current logo to provide all common file formats. Regardless of her current and future needs, she will have the appropriate logo for anything from banners, business cards, postcards, promo items, apparel, and more!
